Submitting a Work Request

  • Click on the New Request tab at the top of the screen.

  • Describe the issue or request in the Description field.

  • If you know where the work needs to be done or the piece of equipment that needs servicing, begin typing the name into the Location/Equipment field and select the correct one from the choices that appear. Or, click on the magnifying glass to select from the list of available Locations/Equipment.
  • In the Purpose drop down, select an option that closely matches with why the work is being requested.
  • If you would like to add an attachment, click on Add Attachment in the Attachments section to select an image or file from your computer. *Note: There is no file size limit, however, images over 10MB will not generate a preview. Common file types you can attach are JPEG, PNG, PDF, Excel, and Word Documents.
  • Click Save to submit your request.
